Personal Mission & Legacy
Born and raised in Louisiana, Cagney is Creole American Activist who has transformed decades of personal adversities, including childhood trauma and domestic violence, into a purposeful mission centered on justice, healing, and systemic reform. Guided by faith and integrity, she focuses on solutions rather than victimhood.

A devoted mother, Cagney draws her greatest motivation from her children Zoe and Paige. Their accomplishments include a 2024 STEM Award for designing trainable robot pets and their yearly charity drives. The family currently resides in Michigan, where Cagney continues her work in healthcare, legislative reform, community advocacy & education, and survivor support.
