Louisiana was deemed the WORST state. I am so proud of Cagney for escaping not just abusive relatives, but also her trafficker. We need more people in this world like Cagney!

This is what a narcissistic family looks like. A whole family isolating, abusing and erasing ONE relative and can’t produce one piece of evidence of any crime she committed or family member she’s hurt – that’s not just cruel, it is a lifetime of abuse that alters a person. It’s the audacity for me. Just like she proved, they all have committed crimes yet escape consequences, while Cagney is punished merely for existing. Truly heartbreaking!  

Typical am I right? The best thing Cagney has done is expose them all and teach people what these things look like. We need more people like her brave enough to stand up for what’s right!

She lost her baby in the most tragic, violent way and those evil people didn’t have ONE kind word to her. Listen to V***** in that call, demanding names, birthdates, addresses, she showed zero empathy and just wanted something she could research and gossip about. How sick! She sounds like a psychopath. The Hoodoo or Voodoo isn’t working if they’re all dying off and killing people. How many people have they killed for money? Someone needs to report that everyone that dies V***** and S** are involved.

No one should have to endure what she has. No one asks to be born. Her parents abused and neglected her and she had to raise herself without anyone. At every turn, someone close would get close just to tear her down. It is such a hard read because it forces you to see the side of human life that isn’t Instagram pretty.

This isn’t vulnerability, it’s humility and the kind of human suffering that proves evil is real. Reading this book, I cried from start to finish. How could a mother be so hateful? How could everyone do this to a baby? This woman went through a father and a mother abandoning her. She had raise herself, left to figure it out while watching everyone else be loved, celebrated and moving forward in life. Her weight, her health, the infantilization, the humiliation everything they did was demoralizing and entertainment at her expense. They knew she had nothing and no one. So did everyone else. Less than a year after her book, she gets nominated by thousands for the Michigan State Tribute for not only her courage, but saving hundreds of lives nationally. I’m following to keep up with her story.

Anyone with support can make it, but she did it without parents, a family or any support and completely isolated. They call her the problem because they are small next to her light. Congratulations EARN!

Congratulations! This is how you break cycles!

People respect someone who had to work for what they have and did it without taking shortcuts or handouts. In 2026 people know what abusive relationships look like and narcissists. Ms. Gaudiz is showing us there is justice and redemption in this life.

This type of fortitude is only developed through faith and determination. Cagney deserves the best. She is an amazing person and mother.

I am showing my age, but I remember Hurricane Andrew and Budget Inn. I am sorry you had to experience the things you did. You are saving so many lives with your testimony and your advocacy.

Reading through and seeing all this evidence and the fact no one disputes it, yeah she is 100% telling the truth. If everyone is trying to silence, discredit and control how others view a person, that person is the honest one with morals. Look it up!

That is so sadistic. What kind of mother allows a whole bunch of black boys, the same ones bullying her 14 year old daughter, to come into her home and call her “mother-in-law” because they’re 14 and sleeping her 27 year old daughter?! When I read he was calling her from juvenile jail, how did the jail not catch it? Every last one of them has a criminal record and they still are doing time as adults. Cagney we all have fatigue if you know what I mean.

Men like that always get their karma. He is sick!

Before 2016, what was Cagney’s relatives life like? Are there any social media posts about them prior to them learning of Cagney going public? Who sends a photo of their dead parent to the sibling they didn’t want there. That is cruel and inexcusable. I wonder what lies they told to explain her absence.

She needs to sue S** and V***** and S*** children. They robbed her of a childhood and any opportunity. $2000 in probate that long ago would have been so much more by now. She is an heir to her mother’s home whether they like her or not. If she sues the state will force them to buy her out or the state will sell and divide the funds. She needs to sue her ex-husband for everything. In civil court hands down she wins with all of this evidence. Sue the state too!

Hello I am June and Cagney and I dated years ago and we lived together in Malaysia. Upon returning to the states, I helped Cagney save up by emailing S** and sending fake statements saying Cagney owed me money. I didn’t think it would work, but to my surprise S** and her family were so excited to her something negative about Cagney. S** even told me about Cagney being m******* by her cousin. It was so sickening. I remember after almost 14 hours flight, Cagney’s mom answered the phone yelling that she never wanted Cagney, for Cagney to stop calling her and then V***** took the phone and said she was going to Ohio with her and to just leave her alone. Cagney said okay and then hung up and it broke our hearts. My friend was living her best life, working hard and she had no family to ever celebrate her. When we had the final dinner before the Americans flew back to the U.S., no one showed for Cagney or even called. Everyone had a chance to speak about their experience, but Cagney didn’t go up and speak. I am so proud of her for speaking up and knowing none of this is her fault. These are evil people and I pray God punishes them all soon.

Why would a man go to the police to report his wife missing if she had spent years “false reporting”? That doesn’t make sense. What also doesn’t make sense is that he never filed for divorce or left her first. Seems like they were all outsmarted and exposed and think pretending nothing ever happened will make it disappear. With all this evidence this woman has on everyone, how are people not in prison?

The strength and resilience of this woman is beyond amazing. Most people internalize what others say and do as personal failures, but she has shown all thing through God is possible. An amazing person and mother!

I have never met a more compassionate, happy, light of life person like Cagney. She has a way of transmuting energy in her life, those around her and in any space she enters. She is an out of this world mother and my nieces Zoe and Paige are just the greatest children. They are they kind of children you meet and inspires you to want to become a parent. Cagney makes motherhood look like a walk in the park, I still don’t know how she finds the time and energy but she gets it done with class. A 58 year old Black woman who ran for Mayor of Gonzales, Louisiana caught her boyfriend cheating. She tazed her boyfriend, went to the car to retrieve a loaded gun, returned to the home to shoot the boyfriend in the chest and later turned herself in and confessed. Cagney’s relatives are found in the Facebook comment section calling for no-judgement, understanding, grace, declaring this woman is a good person and asking for prayers. 🤯  

All I have to say is in Louisiana we are taught to know who to play with and who not to play with. When look at the BIG picture, everyone who has crossed this woman has paid an ultimate price. Touch not his annoited.

I’m single, college educated and no kids. If it wasn’t for my parents, I would be living in my car. This woman is covered by God, I believe that. When God choses people they will never be chosen by anyone. Look at this woman’s life, everyone betrayed her, everyone failed her and look at who she chose to be. God is real and Cagney is one of the few who prove it with her testimony. We are witnessing God’s miracles from the start of this book. What Cagney has survived, no one could survive that kind of relentless pain, but she has and you wouldn’t even know it being in her prescence.

There’s a part in her book where Cagney talks about when her mom’s house would flood, she would either have to sleep in her car or the I-10 underpass with her dog and cat. The last time her mother’s house flooded she stayed in it, mold and all, until people came to start the renovation and she went to S**’s house in Donaldsonville. That is when she was trafficked by D********. This woman is strong af!

Did I hear S** say, “Miss Donna said S** I was disappointed you didn’t come to Tyrone funeral” after you told her you were beaten, r**** and baby k*****!!!? How f****** sick! All of these texts, emails and voicemails are so disturbing. The fact every family member upheld this level of hatred police should consider organized crime. This is how they are protecting her trafficker, everyone is confessing to abusing Cagney yet Cagney is being discredited and infantilized. This is so unnerving.

Louisiana DCFS is already under fire for thousands of other foster children they failed! They placed her in a home with known c**** addiction, she was m*******, and when she said Dr. Fraiche I knew everything she said was truth. Cagney is 100% telling the truth and the fact people are protecting that family, her husband and the systems that failed her are beyond cruel, this is evil.

Most people get on the internet and trauma dump, you brought receipts. You didn’t go low and attack anything about anyone, you simply showed us all what you’ve gone through and how manipulation works. Millions of people are going to see your strength and feel empowered to speak their truth too. You are the generation that is going to lead a healthier generation, you are the cycle breaker.

I don’t know a single person on this planet that could lose a pet and not be shattered for life and you lost many. No comfort, no compassion just you and your grief. No father, a mother who says she never wanted you, a family that ignores you and blames you for the family’s failures, no friends, no community and then to be trafficked by the one person you thought was your best friend. To then go through all of that abuse and the loss of two children alone. Every chapter broke my heart worse than the last. I kept asking, “Is she going to survive this?” and you did. You never gave up. Please, make this book public. Cagney is a gift to this world and she needs to know she is inspiring us all. Look at what she is doing for us when she doesn’t have to. Her children have her eyes and her heart, how blessed are we all.

If you didn’t read the book, she escaped her abusive family and her trafficker by using money she had save from her world travels. She shares with us in the book the new name she has been using since 2020 and her plans to have it legally changed after she gets an annulment/divorce and justice. I read this book so many times, so good!

Cagney is NOT lying about any of this and I have zero problem testifying in court. I quit after being her mom’s home health aid the first week. V***** would call and complain that I was being too friendly with Cagney and all I did was congratulate her on getting all A’s in college. They wouldn’t allow anyone to compliment her. So many people from the office in Baton Rouge would get complaints on us because S** and V***** didn’t want us talking to Cagney AT ALL!

I met Cagney twice when Ms. Gaylynn had her foot callous removed. They way talked about Cagney was so heartbreaking. One day they came in and one of S**’s daughters was pregnant and we could hear her yelling at Ms. Gaylynn for her food stamp card to get crawfish. That’s when started to put two and two together. We made the complaint to our director, but she said we couldn’t escalate it further unless we had concrete proof of abuse or Ms. Gaylynn said it herself. I regret not trying to make the complaint about her abuse and I am so sorry no one ever spoke up Cagney. You have gone through so much, but trust that God sees and knows it all. I am so sorry.

I don’t see anything funny or that makes Cagney “unstable” or a “liar” when she’s the only one with evidence of who people really are, what they’ve said and what they’ve done. What’s so strange is the lifetime dedication to controlling how others view her almost like they believe she’s their property and the ex-husband too. My stepdad was a drunk and I wish my mom would have left when he hit my brother the first time. My brother died by a drunk driver in 2014 and I always wonder if I could have saved him, why I was too scared to say something. If she was from and living in Louisiana the how did she get to Illinois? If he wasn’t attracted to her then why did he go get her, do a prenuptial agreement, marry her and have children with her?
